For residents of WA, government services can be accessed via wa.gov.au. If you need help with this or any WA government website, look for the Contact Us link on the website’s home page. This will take you to a page with various contact options.

The personal information you need to provide depends on the service you are using. You can read the Western Australian government’s Privacy policy by entering www.wa.gov.au/privacy in your web browser’s search bar.
If you’re ever unsure where you are on the website, type wa.gov.au in your browser’s search bar and press Enter. This will take you back to the main WA government website.
There are quite a few different government services websites in WA, and the wa.gov.au website helps you find what you need.
While the wa.gov.au site helps you find services, some are actually hosted on other government websites. Links to other websites appear in a black box, so you know when you are about to leave wa.gov.au. If you don’t want to go to another website right now, click the Back button in your web browser.
To quickly find a service you want, use the Search WA.gov.au bar in the top right of the home page. When you search, you’ll see a list of results. Click any result to go to a page with more information.

The WA Government has created a website called FuelWatch, to help you find the cheapest petrol prices near you. The website is fuelwatch.wa.gov.au.
To find rebates on the wa.gov.au, type rebate into the Search WA.gov.au bar at the top right of the home page. The What can we do for you today? search results page will show a list of pages that are about rebates.
You can choose to view rebates available from wa.gov.au only, or rebates from all WA Government websites. Click on a search result to visit that page and find out about the rebate.

The Australian Securities and Investments Commission’s (ASIC) MoneySmart website at moneysmart.gov.au helps you claim lost money. This can be from such things as lost bank accounts, shares, investments and life insurance policies. The MoneySmart website also explains how to use my.gov.au and the ATO, to claim lost superannuation.
