Service Victoria lets you easily and conveniently access government services online.
As well as managing your personal information, you can use government services to:
The service.vic.gov.au website has all the services you can access online, as well as information and guides. It’s best used with a computer.
The Service Victoria app allows quick access to some services and is used for checking in to locations by scanning a QR code. It can show your proof of vaccination, and more ID options are being added.
To get help on the Service Victoria website, you can chat to Vicky, the virtual customer service assistant. Click the Ask Vicky for Help button in the bottom right of the Service Victoria web page.
On other Victorian government services websites, look for the Call Us link to find a list of phone numbers you can call for assistance.
You can Store your details on Service Victoria, by typing service.vic.gov.au/account in your web browser’s search bar. You also get an option to store details when you complete a transaction. To store details:
After you have stored your details, you can Log in to a page called My Dashboard. To log in:
At first, this page will be mostly blank. You can choose to have your transactions appear here on your dashboard.
Your dashboard is just for convenience, and doesn’t hold any important personal details, except for your mobile phone number.
When you are logged in to Service Victoria, you can see a Logged in button in the top right of the page. Click on this to see a drop-down menu:
Service Victoria lets you choose what information is shared between it and other government agencies. When you do a transaction, you can choose to have this saved on your Dashboard, or not.

The Royal Automobile Club of Victoria (RACV) provides a handy free service for you to check fuel prices, at racv.com.au. You can see fuel prices on an interactive map and enter your postcode to see petrol prices near you.
Along with the highest, lowest, and average prices, RACV provides a useful don’t pay above price.

Many Victorian government websites have links to rebates on the home page. Service Victoria has a section on the home page called Apply and Buy. Rebates may appear here, so check regularly.
