You can set up your Android phone to play music wirelessly to a Bluetooth device such as a pair of headphones, a speaker, TV, or your car’s audio system by following the steps below:

  1. From the Home screen, swipe up to open the Apps screen.
  2. Tap on the Settings app.
  3. Tap Connections at the top of the screen.
  4. Next to Bluetooth, tap the switch to turn Bluetooth on and open the Bluetooth screen.
  5. To connect a Bluetooth device to your phone, the device must be in pairing mode, or discovery mode. Follow the instructions for your device to start pairing, then tap Scan on your phone.
  6. Once your phone finds your device, its name will appear under Available devices.
  7. Tap on the name to wirelessly connect the device to your phone, then tap Pair in the pop up.
  8. Once the device name appears under Paired devices, it’s ready to use with your phone.
