Services you can link to your ACT Digital Account

There are currently some services that you can link to your ACT Digital Account, and more will be added over time. The list of services may change too, but for now, examples of some linkable services include:

  • ACT Housing Application: an ACT web portal for tenants to access Housing ACT services.
  • Rental Bond Help: a service for people who need assistance with paying their rental bond.
  • Transfer My Infringement: If you get a fine for a car you weren’t driving at the time.

Some services take you to another website

When you visit accesscanberra.act.gov.au, you can click on Services to access that page.

Some services take you away from the accesscanberra.act.gov.au website their own website, and you can tell this has happened when the web address in your browser's address bar changes.

For example, on the Access Canberra home page, if you click Renew rego and then choose online as your renewal method, the web address will change from accesscanberra.act.gov.au to rego.act.gov.au.
