Managing money using a bank's app on your smartphone or tablet is known as mobile banking. You can pay bills, transfer money and check your balance, all from the comfort of your armchair. In this course, you will learn what you need to know about mobile banking and how you can stay safer while banking on your smart device.
To help demonstrate a typical mobile banking experience, we have created a pretend bank – Squirrel Bank – to use as our examples. While Squirrel Bank is not real, it does give a good idea of how mobile banking apps look and feel. Of course, your own bank's app might look a little different, but you should still be able to follow along.
