In this course, you will learn more about how to use technology to monitor your health. You’ll find out how a health suite or standalone health app on your smartphone, and an optional smartwatch, can work together to create a health profile, and how you can make sense of that profile. You’ll also find out about some apps and other resources that are great for motivating healthy living, but aren’t about tracking or monitoring health.
