Get out of a right-click menu
Using the right mouse button to click on an object on the screen can cause a special menu to pop up. This is known as a right-click menu.
These menus can be very handy to perform specific tasks, but sometimes we trigger them by accident. In this course, we look at how you can get rid of them.
Below you will find three different ways to learn about removing a right-click menu. You can:

When you click the right button on your mouse a special right-click menu can appear. If you don't want this menu, you can get rid of it in a few different ways.
One way is to move your cursor away from the right-click menu, then left click anywhere else on the screen. The menu will disappear.
Or you can use your keyboard to get out of the right-click menu instead. Simply press the escape key, and the menu will disappear from the screen.
